I've finally started to bike regularly. I have swimming practice from Monday to Friday every week so I'll be riding to and from that which is 22km round trip everyday. In the past week I've done approximately 150 kilometres, and I'm slowly building up my training mileage. By the end of the summer I hope to be doing 100 kilometres or more 3-4 times a week. I'm halfway there!
